Manage the Acadience K-12 reading and math assessment products and platform, including roadmap planning, requirements, user stories, usability research, product analytics, development coordination, testing, launch, and go-to-market support. Collaborate with researchers, designers, engineers, customer-facing teams, and organizational leaders to prioritize initiatives, mitigate risk, improve user satisfaction, and support successful product adoption.

Support Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success by maintaining Salesforce data hygiene, building reports and dashboards, supporting forecasting and territory planning, improving processes, administering CRM workflows, performing data audits, and enabling cross-functional projects and CRM enhancements.

Deliver high-touch onboarding, training, and enablement (virtual and in-person), analyze customer data, reduce churn, identify upsell opportunities, collaborate with Sales and internal teams, and represent the customer voice to improve products and outcomes.
