Owns the Salesforce platform’s administration, support, configuration, data quality, security, automation, reporting, and overall health. Leads small-to-mid-sized enhancements, troubleshoots issues, supports integrations and deployments, and manages user requests. Partners with stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable solutions, maintain governance, improve adoption, support testing and training, and ensure accurate pipeline, forecasting, and reporting data.

Sell renewable energy and infrastructure solutions to utility and public sector clients through consultative selling, prospecting, proposal development, and relationship management. Coordinate with operations to deliver installable solutions, develop financial proposals, and meet sales and margin targets while traveling frequently.
