Manage customer accounts post-sale to ensure successful equipment integration, retention, and growth. Act as primary contact, coordinate support and service, monitor usage, identify expansion opportunities, and maintain CRM records. Travel domestically to job sites as needed.

Drive outbound prospecting to identify construction and industrial customers, qualify leasing/financing needs, book demos, maintain CRM pipeline, and provide market feedback to sales and marketing leadership.
