Serve as primary client-facing lead for MSP IT service delivery to biotech and pharma clients. Lead virtual delivery teams, manage escalations, drive adoption and renewal, coordinate across support, infrastructure, networking and hardware services, mentor CSMs, and promote continuous improvement and client success.

Support execution of marketing initiatives across events, content, digital campaigns, and website operations. Coordinate event logistics, maintain a centralized content library and version control, assist with website updates, schedule LinkedIn content, help build email campaigns, perform light copy updates, and track post-event performance. Part-time with potential for full-time conversion.
