Support HR Workforce Planning & Analytics by developing and delivering HR scorecards/dashboards, consolidating and analyzing HR data and workforce plans (primarily Excel), ensuring data integrity, and providing insights and recommendations.

Work with business sponsors to translate requirements into AEM Smart Forms changes and enhancements. Configure and update AEM forms on Windows, implement JavaScript logic, integrate forms with databases via SQL for dynamic/prefilled fields, maintain components, templates, dialogs, workflows, troubleshoot AEM issues, and manage AEM administration tasks including LDAP user sync and automated deployment of AEM services.
