Build RAG pipelines, MCP/tool integrations, evaluation frameworks, and AI infrastructure on cloud (AWS/GCP/Azure). Contribute backend services in Python, ensure compliance and safety, and operate systems in production including observability and on-call duties.

Own named enterprise accounts in ticketing, booking, and related verticals. Build executive relationships, develop strategic account plans, grow pipeline using consultative/value-based selling, manage full sales cycle from prospecting to close, maintain CRM hygiene, collaborate cross-functionally, and deliver accurate forecasts.

Perform foundational manual testing: write and execute test cases, run regression and exploratory tests, document bugs and test results, collaborate with cross-functional teams, update TestRail, and learn automation (Playwright) and AI-assisted testing tools.
