Collaborate with Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Leadership to develop marketing assets, inform roadmap priorities, strengthen differentiation, and accelerate adoption.

Own Feathery’s SEO and B2B content marketing strategy for insurance and wealth management. Research buyer needs and search intent, create and publish thought leadership and solution content, optimize on-page and technical SEO, manage digital PR, and improve AI-search visibility. Collaborate with product and go-to-market teams, publish marketing pages in Webflow, and measure rankings, traffic, engagement, conversions, and pipeline to drive organic growth.

Generate outbound pipeline through account research, prospecting, email, LinkedIn, and phone outreach. Qualify prospects, conduct discovery conversations, hold meetings and tailored demos, and communicate Feathery’s value proposition. Build outbound playbooks, experiment with messaging and channels, collaborate with sales, marketing, product, and leadership, and provide customer insights to improve positioning and product development.

Lead full-cycle enterprise sales into insurance carriers: source and qualify opportunities, run discovery and tailored demos, navigate multi-stakeholder deals, close $100K–$1M+ ARR contracts, build outbound pipeline, attend industry events, and partner cross-functionally to shape product and go-to-market strategy.
