Lead, coach, and develop an AE team for equipment finance sales. Build enablement programs, run 1:1s, pipeline and call coaching, create playbooks, partner with leadership, and improve pipeline quality, conversion, and forecast accuracy.

Develop and manage vendor partnerships to generate equipment financing opportunities, guide vendors and customers through financing processes, maintain pipelines in CRM, collaborate with credit/operations/marketing, and support account and vendor program success to drive revenue growth in the healthcare equipment market.
