Leads Texas regional sales strategy, revenue growth, customer acquisition and retention, strategic account management, pricing, forecasting, and sales-team development. Oversees regional sales leaders and partners with Procurement, Operations, Transportation, Finance, and Human Resources to align customer service and business objectives. Builds executive customer relationships, identifies market opportunities, negotiates major contracts, monitors performance, and presents results to senior leadership. Frequent travel throughout Texas is required.

Create and monitor efficient delivery routes while considering traffic, service times, DOT restrictions, staffing, truck capacity, and customer delivery windows. Coordinate drivers, returns, pickups, and route improvements. Pull, assemble, verify, label, palletize, and securely load customer orders and transfers. Perform lift truck and battery checks as directed while maintaining accurate data entry and communication.
