Administer, troubleshoot, configure, and develop Symitar core banking applications and related automation, teller capture, and front- and back-end systems. Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 application support, resolve complex technical issues, develop custom programs, review code, maintain documentation, and improve system performance. Collaborate with vendors and cross-functional teams, mentor junior staff, support projects, and provide off-hours and on-call assistance during critical processing periods.

Manages delinquent loan accounts through daily follow-up, member communication, account research, documentation, payment resolution, and collection processing. The role requires professionalism, empathy, confidentiality, accurate recordkeeping, bilingual Spanish-English communication, and adherence to credit union procedures. Responsibilities also include obtaining credit reports, supporting loan extensions and refinances, processing towing notifications, preparing documents, completing training, and escalating problem accounts.
