Manage day-to-day collections for delinquent loan accounts, communicating with members by phone and email, researching account discrepancies, processing related documentation (loan extensions, towing notifications), and maintaining accurate records. Escalate problem accounts, complete training, and uphold confidentiality and professionalism while supporting member resolution and organizational policies.

Handle card services and payment operations including settlements, disputes, ACH/wires, and fraud alerts. Provide member support, reconcile daily transactions and ledgers, collaborate on audits and subpoenas, and assist department projects to ensure accurate payment processing and regulatory compliance.

Lead commercial banking and treasury management operations, develop business and product strategy, ensure regulatory compliance and operational efficiency, manage and mentor the commercial services team, monitor performance metrics, and drive growth and innovation.
