Lead People Programs and Recruiting by designing and running performance reviews, engagement surveys, onboarding, manager training, and an internal resource hub. Own full‑cycle recruiting and recruiting operations (ATS configuration, scheduling, candidate coordination), manage employer branding, and partner with leaders to launch scalable people programs.
