Senior individual-contributor responsible for a portfolio of strategic customer accounts: develop and execute account plans, drive value realization and solution adoption, secure renewals and growth, build executive relationships, coordinate cross-functional teams, surface expansion opportunities, manage risks and governance, and support change management to deliver measurable business outcomes.

Lead engineering delivery and operational health of corporate platforms (Workday ecosystem), owning integrations, security and AI enablement. Define multi-year roadmaps, build scalable AI agents and governance, set analytics/data strategy, and lead multidisciplinary teams to modernize platforms across HR, Finance, and GBS.

Design and deliver end-to-end full stack healthcare applications across UI, API, and data layers. Build secure, testable, cloud-native services, implement integrations and IaC, support CI/CD and monitoring, leverage AI-assisted tools, and mentor engineers while partnering with cross-functional teams.

Lead large-scale technology transformation programs to improve performance, scalability, reliability, and customer experience. Develop and execute roadmaps, establish governance and success metrics, manage risks and stakeholders, drive organizational change, and ensure projects deliver on schedule, budget, and business outcomes.

Lead design and delivery of scalable, secure cloud data pipelines and data products. Translate requirements into architecture, apply advanced data modeling (Data Vault 2.0, dimensional), embed data quality/security/observability, optimize performance and cost, drive CI/CD/IaC/DataOps practices, mentor engineers, and support AI/ML-ready datasets within an agile DevSecOps pod.
