Lead S&OP and demand review meetings, monitor forecast accuracy (MAPE, Bias), align demand with capacity across Sales, Operations and Supply Planning, support new program launches and transitions, drive SAP/Fiori and forecasting platform improvements, mentor junior planners, and lead continuous improvement projects.
