Provides administrative and organizational support for building automation and energy management projects. Coordinates schedules, project documentation, RFIs, submittals, procurement, vendor deliveries, status reports, change orders, meetings, site visits, invoices, purchase orders, onboarding documents, and closeout activities. Works with project managers, engineers, subcontractors, field partners, clients, and finance teams to maintain accurate records and keep projects on schedule.

Designs, programs, configures, and integrates building automation and energy management systems. Develops DDC programs, graphics, sequences, point lists, documentation, and control narratives; integrates HVAC, lighting, meters, and IP devices using open protocols. Conducts factory acceptance testing, supports startup and commissioning, troubleshoots communication issues, and provides technical support to project and field teams.

Own an assigned Texas territory by acquiring and growing commercial and industrial electrical service accounts, managing customer relationships, leading five to ten technicians, and overseeing scheduling, service quality, safety, pricing, profitability, billing, collections, and revenue performance. The role combines sales, account management, field operations leadership, and territory financial accountability.

Manage commercial electrical service accounts end-to-end: build client relationships, identify service opportunities, prepare proposals, coordinate technicians, conduct site walkthroughs, manage budgets and invoices, and ensure profitability and customer satisfaction.

Lead electrical construction projects from inception to completion: plan schedules and budgets, coordinate engineers and subcontractors, conduct site visits, ensure safety and code compliance, manage risks, mentor staff, and deliver projects on time and within budget.

Territory owner responsible for selling and managing commercial/industrial electrical service accounts. Drive new business, retain customers, lead a team of 5–10 technicians, oversee field operations, ensure profitability, handle contracts, billing coordination, and present monthly territory performance reports.
