Provide administrative and organizational support to project managers and engineers for BAS/EMS projects. Track schedules, documentation (RFIs, submittals), vendor deliveries, invoices, and onboarding; coordinate communications, site logistics, and project closeout activities.

Manage commercial electrical service accounts end-to-end: build client relationships, identify service opportunities, prepare proposals, coordinate technicians, conduct site walkthroughs, manage budgets and invoices, and ensure profitability and customer satisfaction.

Lead electrical construction projects from inception to completion: plan schedules and budgets, coordinate engineers and subcontractors, conduct site visits, ensure safety and code compliance, manage risks, mentor staff, and deliver projects on time and within budget.

Support sales and solutions by qualifying technical requirements, developing BAS/EMS solution designs and technical proposals, responding to RFIs/RFPs, coordinating with manufacturers, assisting estimating and GC bid packages, delivering technical presentations, and onboarding clients to ensure accurate, deployable building automation solutions.

Design, program, and integrate DDC-based BAS/EMS systems including controller programming, graphics, network configuration, and protocol integration (BACnet, Modbus, LON). Produce sequences, documentation, perform FAT/startup/commissioning, troubleshoot integrations, support field teams, and help develop standardized templates and sequence libraries.

Territory owner responsible for selling and managing commercial/industrial electrical service accounts. Drive new business, retain customers, lead a team of 5–10 technicians, oversee field operations, ensure profitability, handle contracts, billing coordination, and present monthly territory performance reports.
