Maintain pipeline and forecasts in HubSpot, sell to technical and economic buyers across enterprise, ISV, education, and training providers, and hand off won accounts to Account Management while feeding market insight to Product and Marketing.

Manage onboarding, adoption, retention, renewals, and expansion for a portfolio of CloudLabs customers. Monitor customer health, run business reviews and VoC programs, maintain account plans and CRM forecasts, and act as trusted advisor to drive product value and revenue growth.

Support marketing operations, campaign setup and QA, CRM data hygiene, content writing and repurposing, webinar logistics, and outbound follow-up to qualify leads and report campaign performance.

Owner of CI/CD, release management, deployment automation, and infrastructure support across customer environments. Improve deployment efficiency, reliability, monitoring, and operational automation; support production deployments, incident response, and cross-functional release coordination.

Own and grow a portfolio of CloudLabs accounts: drive retention, upsell/cross-sell, prospect and close new business, run demos and meetings, maintain HubSpot CRM, meet revenue targets, and coordinate with Customer Success to ensure onboarding and project delivery.
