Designs aerial and underground outside plant fiber optic and copper telecommunications networks, including FTTH and GPON systems. Creates system designs, bills of materials, power routes, one-line schematics, and construction quotes. Performs quality control, field checks, site walks, and OSP records interpretation while supporting construction teams on safety and quality. Collaborates with engineering, design, construction, utility, and cross-functional teams. The role is 90% home-based with occasional travel and may transition to office-based work near Florence, Kentucky.
