Leads public relations, communications, media relations, community partnerships, fundraising communications, direct mail, donor engagement, and disaster-service public information. Serves as chief spokesperson, develops press releases and promotional materials, manages community and media relationships, supervises staff, recruits volunteers, supports sponsorships and matching gifts, and evaluates communications strategies and results.

Coordinates corporate fundraising initiatives, sponsorships, partnerships, donor stewardship, employee engagement events, communications, CRM records, reporting, and administrative processes. Manages corporate donor portfolios, develops proposals and impact materials, tracks gifts and deliverables, supports sponsorship fulfillment, coordinates volunteer activities, and represents the organization at meetings and events. Requires strong writing, organization, relationship-building, project management, and CRM skills.

Provides administrative and clerical support for the Development Department, including donor record management, gift processing, data entry, correspondence, filing, report preparation, telephone assistance, mail processing, meeting coordination, travel arrangements, and invoice processing. Maintains accurate and confidential records while supporting donors, staff, conferences, special events, and routine office operations.
