Leads Austin Habitat for Humanity’s full grant lifecycle, including strategy, prospect research, proposal writing, funder relations, budgeting, compliance, reporting, audit readiness, portfolio tracking, and grant closeout. The role manages federal, state, local, corporate, and foundation grants; coordinates with Finance and program teams; maintains CRM records and metrics; develops compelling impact narratives; and advises leadership on grants budgets and cash flow. This is primarily an on-site leadership position in Austin, Texas.

Develops employer and workforce partnerships to recruit prospective homeowners for Austin Habitat for Humanity. Builds outreach channels, delivers presentations and information sessions, generates and nurtures leads, provides accurate program information, and coordinates handoffs to Client Services. Maintains partnership and lead records, tracks referral sources and conversion metrics, reports pipeline performance, and collaborates with Marketing & Communications and internal teams to improve recruitment effectiveness.
