Supports electrical engineering and production teams by reviewing component datasheets, extracting technical specifications, maintaining engineering database records, verifying data quality, and updating documentation. The intern may also assist with database workflow improvements, scripting, and automation projects. The role requires attention to detail, familiarity with structured data, and the ability to interpret technical documentation and electronic component information.

Lead design, development, integration, and test of RF and microwave subsystems for radar, EW, aerospace, and defense. Architect RF subsystems, run system-level simulations and trade studies, drive prototyping and hands-on testing, mentor junior engineers, collaborate cross-functionally and with customers, support proposals and product roadmaps, and act as a technical expert for RF solutions.

Lead strategic business development to grow revenue in Aerospace & Defense and adjacent commercial RF markets. Identify and qualify opportunities, manage pipeline in Salesforce, build customer and partner relationships, collaborate with Engineering/Operations on proposals, and meet bookings, pipeline, and win-rate targets while traveling to customer sites and industry events.
