Provide executive-level support to the President/CEO and Executive Leadership Team, manage complex calendars/travel, coordinate Board meetings and minutes, lead and develop the administrative team, establish administrative standards and procedures, manage vendors and corporate programs, coordinate events, and handle confidential executive projects and communications.

Lead and enhance the credit unions compliance program, monitor regulatory changes, perform risk assessments and investigations, review disclosures and marketing for compliance, deliver training, support regulatory exams and reporting, oversee third-party risk, and coach the compliance team while advising executive leadership and the Board.
