Lead complex engineering projects for electric utilities, overseeing scope, schedules, budgets, quality, safety, profitability, risks, invoicing, and client satisfaction. Manage multidisciplinary teams, mentor project staff, coordinate engineering and project controls, improve project management processes, and support proposals, business development, and client relationships. Prepare performance and financial reports for clients and leadership. Some travel is required.
