Provide technical expertise in roofing, waterproofing, and building envelope systems; manage repair and reconstruction projects for multifamily, commercial, and government buildings; support plaintiff-side construction defect litigation (mediation, depositions, trial); and develop business via local attorney and insurance adjuster networks.

Support project managers and principals in structural remedial design and forensic investigations. Assess building conditions, perform structural calculations, research remedial solutions, prepare design and contract documents, manage bidding, monitor construction, conduct destructive and non-destructive testing, research codes, analyze evidence, and write detailed investigative reports.
