Manage and grow B2B LTL customer accounts within a territory through new business development, account implementation, sales presentations, pricing negotiations, and cross-functional coordination to ensure service delivery.

Lead and supervise dock operations to ensure timely, damage-free shipment movement. Manage, train, schedule and evaluate staff, enforce safety/compliance (DOT, OSHA), handle customer interactions, monitor performance metrics, and optimize costs and efficiencies.

Complete learning objectives and assist management to improve operational efficiency.

Serve as a strategic advisor to senior technology leadership, driving alignment and execution of enterprise priorities. Lead cross-functional initiatives, manage executive operating cadence, prepare executive briefings, and establish governance, reporting, and performance metrics. Coordinate escalations, facilitate stakeholder alignment, support annual planning and change management, and represent the Senior Vice President in meetings to ensure successful delivery of strategic technology and business outcomes.

Drive new business and manage B2B accounts within a territory. Identify customer needs, propose tailored LTL solutions, conduct presentations, close deals, onboard accounts, collaborate with operations, and use CRM and Microsoft Office to manage sales activities. Overnight travel as required.
