The Chief Marketing Officer will build and lead CEO Life’s scalable, performance-driven marketing engine. Responsibilities include developing chapter-level growth strategies, managing paid media and acquisition channels, optimizing funnels, generating qualified appointments, overseeing creative and copy, building marketing systems and dashboards, and leading Marketing Managers. Success is measured by new member growth, acquisition costs, conversion rates, marketing ROI, and consistent achievement of 20 new members per chapter per month.
