The Litigation Paralegal drafts pleadings, motions, discovery, correspondence, notices, and subpoenas; conducts legal research using Westlaw; files pleadings through ECF; manages depositions and court deadlines; supports discovery and trial preparation; reviews and summarizes records; and tracks billable time while collaborating with attorneys.

Develop and manage proposals, pitches, legal directory submissions, surveys, marketing research, and client or prospect interaction tracking. The role supports attorneys and the marketing team, monitors proposal pipelines, improves processes, and prepares presentation materials. Candidates need marketing or communications knowledge, strong organization and attention to detail, email marketing experience, computer proficiency, and at least two years of related experience. This is an on-site position in Birmingham, Alabama, or Ridgeland, Mississippi.

Conducts legal conflict-of-interest searches, researches individuals and entities, analyzes potential conflicts, maintains conflict and matter data, reviews client intake documentation, and communicates findings to attorneys and firm leadership. The role also processes workflow requests, clears or escalates issues, supports firm personnel with conflict inquiries, meets deadlines, and participates in periodic after-hours or weekend on-call coverage.
