Leads the bank’s technology governance and resilience framework, overseeing third-party risk, change management, incident response, business continuity, vendor oversight, policies, audits, regulatory engagement, and executive reporting. Coordinates with enterprise risk leadership and board-level committees while supervising a team of 3–5 employees and maintaining examiner-ready technology operations.

Build and maintain APIs, system integrations, and integration architecture for digital banking and core platforms. Replace legacy integration frameworks with scalable solutions, participate in the full SDLC, troubleshoot production integration issues, and collaborate on ETL, business intelligence, data pipelines, and reporting systems. The role also requires rigorous code review, documentation, change management, and secure development practices within a regulated banking environment.
