Enters, updates, verifies, and maintains records across databases, spreadsheets, and company systems. Processes documents, invoices, orders, and employee or customer records; identifies and corrects discrepancies; performs audits and quality checks; organizes physical and electronic files; generates basic reports; and handles confidential information. Provides general administrative support while meeting accuracy, productivity, timeliness, security, and reliability standards.

Creates digital and print visual content supporting branding, marketing, communications, and business objectives. Responsibilities include developing creative concepts, designing advertisements, presentations, social media graphics, websites, and print materials; maintaining brand consistency; preparing digital and print-ready files; collaborating with cross-functional teams and vendors; managing multiple deadlines; editing visual assets; and incorporating stakeholder feedback. Provides administrative and personnel support to Human Resources, including maintaining employee records, recruitment coordination, onboarding and offboarding, benefits and payroll assistance, HRIS updates, compliance documentation, scheduling, employee communications, and special projects. Handles confidential information, responds to employee and candidate inquiries, supports audits and reporting, and coordinates with internal departments to ensure accurate and timely HR processes.

Supports customers throughout onboarding and ongoing account relationships. Coordinates kickoff meetings, training, follow-ups, milestones, issue resolution, customer communications, documentation, and cross-functional tasks. Maintains accurate CRM records, monitors satisfaction and engagement, supports retention and renewals, gathers feedback, prepares reports, and escalates complex concerns. The role also assists Customer Success Managers with account management, process improvements, and customer success initiatives.
