Leads end-to-end implementation of OrthoFi products for orthodontic practices, including stakeholder alignment, scheduling, remote system training, onsite coaching, post-implementation support, and continuing education. Partners with Adoption, Account Management, and Training Development teams to improve customer outcomes and training materials. The role requires strong presentation, communication, planning, analytical, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills, along with approximately 50% travel and occasional work outside standard hours.

Lead data product strategy and execution across product, engineering, analytics, operations, customer success, and finance. Establish data quality, governance, definitions, lineage, instrumentation, reporting, and documentation standards. Drive data-informed product decisions, experimentation analysis, and dashboard adoption while developing a long-term vision for data-powered insights, automation, and AI capabilities. Translate business and technical needs into scalable data initiatives within an Agile product development environment.

Own enterprise demand generation and account-based marketing programs for OSO and DSO audiences. Develop integrated campaigns across email, webinars, events, paid media, nurture, digital channels, and executive programs. Partner with Sales and cross-functional teams to define target accounts, generate pipeline, improve conversion, and support revenue goals. Manage campaign execution, website conversion strategy, reporting, attribution, performance optimization, and executive-level communication of marketing impact.
