The Human Resources Generalist administers benefits, supports recruiting and onboarding, organizes training and performance reviews, advises employees and leaders on HR matters, maintains personnel records, analyzes HR metrics, resolves workplace issues, ensures labor compliance, and assists with accreditation. The role is primarily onsite Monday through Friday and requires travel to other Texas locations.
