Leads Legal and Compliance department operations, including process improvement, legal technology administration, knowledge management, outside counsel and vendor management, budgeting, contract operations, reporting, compliance support, and insurance administration. Partners cross-functionally with Finance, HR, Commercial, Medical Affairs, Regulatory Affairs, and other teams to improve efficiency, scalability, risk management, and service delivery.
