The role requires technical expertise in land development, strong leadership, Texas PE licensure, and the ability to balance engineering, business development, financial, and operational responsibilities.

Lead wastewater treatment and collection system design projects for municipal clients. Responsibilities include directing multidisciplinary engineering teams, reviewing technical deliverables, supporting hydraulic modeling and process evaluations, guiding rehabilitation design, mentoring staff, and collaborating across regional Water Environment teams. The role requires a Professional Engineer license, extensive wastewater or municipal infrastructure experience, and travel to project sites, conferences, training, and other offices.
