Supports and enhances Oracle Fusion HCM systems across Core HR, Talent Management, Recruiting, Benefits, and Workforce Compensation. Configures workflows, maintains documentation, manages eligibility processes, troubleshoots complex HRIS issues, performs testing, develops reports and integrations, supports security and localizations, and partners with HR stakeholders. The role also helps implement AI capabilities and provides technical and functional customer support for cloud and on-premises environments.
