Responsibilities include preparing quotations, entering and reviewing orders, tracking inventory, calculating costs and margins, meeting sales targets, and coordinating with production, scheduling, logistics, and outside sales to ensure timely fulfillment. The role also resolves service issues, supports contracts, maintains sales data, and may travel occasionally to trade shows or customer locations.
