Manages the community business office, including billing, collections, accounts payable, payroll, benefits, budgeting, month-end close, employee records, and front-desk staff. Advises the Executive Director on financial and operational matters, supervises clerical personnel, supports sales inquiries, handles resident and employee questions, and serves periodically as manager on duty.
