Designs accessible, responsive enterprise interfaces for federal and DoD-aligned applications. Responsibilities include creating templates, component libraries, interaction patterns, prototypes, workflows, forms, SSO flows, and design documentation. Serves as a technical subject matter expert for enterprise Windows Server, Active Directory, and IIS environments. Administers, patches, monitors, secures, and troubleshoots mission-critical systems; manages Group Policy, DNS, authentication, permissions, networking, and virtualized environments. Applies DISA STIGs and DoD RMF security requirements, performs vulnerability remediation and root-cause analysis, maintains documentation, and supports production systems through on-call rotations.

Performs application security assessments, secure code reviews, API and CMS security testing, threat modeling, vulnerability analysis, and remediation validation. Integrates SAST, DAST, dependency scanning, secrets management, and security controls into CI/CD pipelines. Advises developers and architects on secure coding, authentication, encryption, and DevSecOps practices while supporting monitoring and incident triage. Requires an active Top Secret clearance, technical bachelor’s degree, seven years of relevant experience, and Security+, CISSP, or CCSP certification.

Develop and maintain secure enterprise web applications supporting Department of Defense missions. Build Oracle APEX applications, SQL and PL/SQL database solutions, RESTful APIs, and cloud-hosted services in AWS or Azure. Support modernization, DevSecOps, CI/CD, testing, vulnerability remediation, performance, and production operations. Collaborate with technical teams, product owners, and government stakeholders in Agile delivery while meeting RMF, NIST, Zero Trust, accessibility, and compliance requirements.

Implements and manages cybersecurity controls for AWS GovCloud environments and DevSecOps pipelines. Integrates RMF and NIST SP 800-53 controls into infrastructure and configuration code, remediates security findings, develops risk assessments and POA&Ms, documents risks, recommends mitigations, and evaluates tools supporting Zero Trust and compliance.

Coordinates software releases across development, test, staging, and production environments. Manages release schedules, code promotion, version control, deployment readiness, documentation, approvals, hotfixes, rollback procedures, and post-release reviews. Collaborates with development, DevSecOps, cybersecurity, QA, and infrastructure teams while maintaining ITIL-compliant change, release, configuration, and CMDB processes. Supports deployment automation and government stakeholder reporting.

Designs, develops, and maintains middleware services, event-driven workflows, message-based integrations, transformation logic, and system-to-system orchestration. Troubleshoots integration failures, supports testing and validation, documents mappings and system flows, and collaborates with engineering and cybersecurity teams. The role requires secure, scalable, fault-tolerant integrations across federal and DoD environments, with alignment to Zero Trust principles and cybersecurity policies.
