Leads hotel sales and marketing efforts to achieve revenue, occupancy, and profitability goals. Responsibilities include managing sales staff, developing new and existing accounts, prospecting, negotiating rates and event commitments, implementing ecommerce marketing strategies, maintaining client relationships, monitoring competition, and adjusting sales plans based on market trends. Requires at least four years of hotel sales management experience, strong sales and customer service skills, travel availability, and a valid driver’s license.
