Paid ten-week internship rotating across commercial real estate investments, acquisitions, development, leasing, property management, and construction management. Responsibilities include financial analysis, underwriting, market research, transaction support, lease abstraction, portfolio management, marketing materials, construction monitoring, cost-benefit analysis, and vendor bid procurement. Interns conduct site visits, communicate with stakeholders, and present a final development case study to company principals and partners.

Lead capital sourcing and structuring for real estate development and acquisition investments. Build lender and investor relationships, negotiate loan and joint venture documents, oversee transaction closings and construction draws, forecast capital needs, ensure compliance, and implement investment-level capital processes across company divisions. The role also contributes to corporate growth strategy and reports to the CFO.
