Lead workflow coordination with an offshore accounting team, provide quality control and training, establish accounting processes and controls, review project funding and financial statements, and drive process improvements across real estate funds.

Oversees fund accounting activities across private real estate funds, including general ledger review, reconciliations, capital accounts, cash calls, distributions, valuations, debt reporting, consolidations, tax entries, and audit support. Supervises offshore accounting teams, reviews fund administrator records, coordinates treasury and loan activity, and supports process improvement initiatives. Requires strong GAAP, financial reporting, consolidation, Excel, and real estate fund accounting knowledge.

Sources and structures debt for real estate investments, manages lender and investor relationships, negotiates loan and joint venture documents, oversees closings and construction draws, forecasts capital needs, ensures capital compliance, and leads investment-level capital processes across company divisions.
