Lead retailer and consumer brand attendee acquisition for Shoptalk and Groceryshop. Manage and expand key accounts, prospect new partners, engage senior executives, drive registrations and ticket sales, meet revenue targets, manage the full sales cycle, execute personalized email campaigns, maintain CRM data, and build industry community relationships. Supports the Sales team through CRM and lead-data management, sales collateral maintenance, proposal and presentation development, campaign-list coordination, marketing-calendar upkeep, campaign-performance reporting, event planning, and administrative support. Own year-round audience development and buyer recruitment for POSSIBLE US, including personal sales targets, strategic brand and agency accounts, and paid ticket growth. Lead and coach a small sales team, manage pacing and reporting, develop outreach strategies, analyze audience segments, build C-suite relationships, and collaborate with marketing, sales, content, and operations to achieve recruitment goals.

Own GSV’s EdTech ecosystem strategy, including GSV Cup, GSV 150, Star Track, and EdTech programming. Build relationships with founders, investors, speakers, partners, and policymakers; curate events and content; develop sponsorship and revenue opportunities; grow the community; and improve workflows using Airtable, Cvent, generative AI, and related tools. The role combines product and program management, business development, community building, and public representation, with required travel and extended hours near the Summit.

Manage end-to-end recruitment for approximately 20–25 US-based sales vacancies. Responsibilities include partnering with hiring managers, sourcing and headhunting through LinkedIn Recruiter, building sales talent pipelines, screening candidates, coordinating interviews, providing market insight, managing offers and onboarding handovers, maintaining ATS records, and improving direct hiring while delivering an inclusive candidate experience.

Coordinates sponsorship operations across global events, maintaining sponsorship trackers and ensuring sponsor benefits, branding, activations, and documentation are delivered accurately and on time. Partners with Sales, Marketing, Content, Operations, sponsors, suppliers, and contractors to deliver awards programs, special events, lounges, receptions, and other features. Manages timelines, production schedules, budgets, onsite troubleshooting, stakeholder communication, and post-event reporting. International travel and onsite event leadership are required.

Leads growth and sales performance for assigned events and across the division. Owns pipeline, forecasting, prospecting, negotiations, closing, strategic accounts, renewals, upselling, and cross-selling. Coaches and develops sales teams, supports commercial planning, manages complex negotiations, builds senior client relationships, and partners with marketing, product, and operations to drive revenue growth.
