Develop and execute marketing strategy for RapidFort’s U.S. public-sector business. Build campaigns, messaging, content, account-based marketing programs, events, partner initiatives, and thought-leadership opportunities targeting federal agencies and government ecosystems. Collaborate with sales, partnerships, and public-sector leadership to communicate cybersecurity, DevSecOps, software supply chain, and cloud-native capabilities. Track campaign performance, pipeline contribution, engagement, and ROI while aligning programs with government buying cycles and sales priorities.

Designs and maintains secure Linux OS components for hardened container images and cloud-native workloads. Responsibilities include remediating CVEs, patching and rebuilding packages across Linux distributions, hardening container images, managing SBOMs and software provenance, and automating reproducible OS build and CI/CD pipelines. The role requires deep Linux systems, package management, dependency, container runtime, and supply chain security expertise, along with cross-functional collaboration to deliver stable, secure OS baselines.

Generates net-new enterprise business across EMEA by prospecting, building pipeline, engaging cybersecurity and technology executives, leading complex sales cycles, negotiating, and closing enterprise software opportunities. Maintains forecasts in CRM systems, collaborates with marketing, channel, technical, and customer success teams, represents the company at industry events, and provides market feedback. The role focuses on software supply chain security, cloud security, DevSecOps, and related cybersecurity solutions.

Execute and optimize B2B digital marketing, ABM, demand generation, nurture, paid media, email, webinar, and inbound campaigns. Manage targeting, segmentation, lead scoring, campaign assets, outbound sequences, and performance analysis across multiple channels. Collaborate with demand generation, product marketing, sales, and partners to generate pipeline, improve conversions, and align campaigns with product messaging. Requires hands-on marketing automation, CRM, analytics, and campaign execution experience.

Directs sales operations and revenue operations activities, including sales reporting, dashboard development, CRM governance, forecasting, compensation administration, and performance analysis. Leads RapidFort’s cybersecurity, risk, compliance, and assurance programs. Owns the ISO 27001 ISMS, SOC 2 Type 2, FedRAMP authorization, and CMMC Level 2 programs; directs security monitoring, incident response, vulnerability management, identity governance, penetration testing, vendor risk, and security architecture. Reports risk to executive leadership and the Audit Committee, manages customer security assurance, oversees a compliance specialist, and serves as incident commander for declared security events.

Build backend services and distributed systems for a cybersecurity and software supply chain security platform. Develop scalable APIs, data pipelines, and platform components handling vulnerability, container, package, runtime, and SBOM data. Work across Linux, Kubernetes, containers, and cloud environments while solving concurrency, performance, reliability, and distributed processing challenges. Own projects from design through deployment, participate in architecture discussions, review code, and collaborate with security researchers and product teams.

Leads RapidFort’s global product marketing strategy, including positioning, messaging, competitive differentiation, launches, campaigns, sales enablement, partner growth, analyst and media relations, and technical content development. The role translates cloud-native security concepts into business value for technical buyers, collaborates cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Sales, and partners, represents the company at events, and manages marketing budgets and initiatives.

Architect and lead RapidFort’s scalable build platform for producing hardened container images. Responsibilities include designing distributed build systems, automating image creation and validation, improving reliability and performance, solving Linux and container infrastructure challenges, establishing software supply chain standards, influencing cross-team architecture, and mentoring engineers. The role requires deep expertise in Linux, Docker, Kubernetes, Python, Bash, CI/CD, distributed systems, and build automation.

Lead technical discovery, solution design, demonstrations, and proof-of-concepts for enterprise and federal cybersecurity customers. Advise stakeholders on Kubernetes, container, cloud-native, software supply chain, and compliance security. Partner with sales, engineering, and product teams throughout complex sales cycles, influence product direction, create technical enablement content, and mentor junior Solutions Engineers.
