Own and lead the automated QA practice across web applications, defining testing strategy, coverage, release gates, test data, and quality metrics. Build Playwright-based E2E and API test suites, integrate testing into CI/CD, establish performance testing, reduce flakiness, and create workflow automations. Partner with engineering leadership, coach developers on testability, perform exploratory testing, diagnose failures, and provide release-readiness recommendations.

Manage a portfolio of automotive dealership clients from onboarding through ongoing success. Lead client calls, monitor marketing KPIs, interpret analytics, maintain CRM records, resolve performance issues, coordinate internal teams, and identify upsell and referral opportunities. Ensure timely communication, client satisfaction, retention, and adoption while contributing to process improvements.
