Serves as the central point of contact for an ESOP Trustee, managing communications, scheduling, travel, correspondence, cashiering, meetings, and special projects. The role handles confidential information, coordinates internal and external stakeholders, tracks priorities and deliverables, researches data, resolves issues, and provides administrative and organizational support. Candidates should understand ESOP or wealth management regulations and be able to manage multiple projects and competing deadlines.

Oversee the company’s ESOP as a fiduciary, protecting employee-owner interests and ensuring compliance with ERISA, IRS, DOL, and applicable regulations. Responsibilities include plan administration, valuation oversight, regulatory filings, stakeholder communication, conflict resolution, transaction approval, performance reviews, and employee education. The trustee will coordinate with appraisers, recordkeepers, legal counsel, management, and other service providers while ensuring accurate share allocations, distributions, disclosures, and plan amendments.
