Design and build scalable Python backend systems for a real-time AI voice-agent platform. Responsibilities include architecting microservices, APIs, distributed systems, databases, message queues, event-driven workflows, EHR integrations, observability, and HIPAA-compliant infrastructure. The engineer will own backend features end to end, ensure reliability and low latency at scale, and collaborate through technical discussions and code reviews.
