Supports construction project accounting by preparing owner pay applications, processing subcontractor invoices, coordinating payment workflows, tracking lien waivers and compliance documents, reconciling project costs, and maintaining accurate financial records. The role collaborates with project managers, subcontractors, clients, Accounts Payable, and National Accounting to meet billing, payment, audit, and project closeout deadlines.
