Leads new-customer onboarding from kickoff through activation, coordinating timelines, milestones, technical implementation, training, communication, and stakeholder alignment. As the first Implementation Manager, this role will also establish onboarding processes, playbooks, and best practices before handing activated customers to Customer Success.
