Serves as the primary customer contact, managing inbound and outbound communications, product questions, order status, quotes, campaigns, follow-ups, and issue resolution. Uses HubSpot and ERP systems to document interactions and transactions, coordinates with Sales and internal teams, resolves inquiries, supports customer transitions, identifies recurring pain points, and meets service and customer satisfaction standards.
