Design and support municipal water and wastewater infrastructure projects, including distribution and collection systems, pump stations, treatment facilities, storage tanks, and utility improvements. Prepare engineering plans, specifications, hydraulic calculations, technical reports, and cost estimates. Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, clients, municipalities, regulators, and contractors; conduct field investigations and construction observation; and support project management, regulatory compliance, and public presentations.

Leads project managers and engineers serving municipal, tribal, and private clients on water resources, environmental, and infrastructure projects. Designs and evaluates technical solutions, supervises and mentors staff, reviews technical reports and proposals, manages client communications, and supports projects involving water and wastewater utilities, stormwater, remediation, and landfill development. The role requires periodic travel to remote or industrial locations and fieldwork in varying terrain and weather.
