Manages daily operations of a multifamily affordable housing community, including occupancy, rent collection, compliance, resident relations, leasing, budgeting, maintenance coordination, audits, vendor oversight, and staff supervision. Ensures property appearance, resident retention, regulatory compliance, accurate records, and timely resolution of resident and maintenance concerns. Initially supports apartment communities in the Austin area as a roving Community Manager until the assigned property becomes operational.
