The Director of Advisor Transitions will lead efforts to empower financial advisors in achieving independence by driving growth, consulting on transitions, and developing tailored strategies for setting up RIAs. This role involves building relationships with advisors, guiding them through compliance, and ensuring a successful transition process, while representing Altruist in the industry.
