Lead RF design, layout, testing, and validation for complex RF systems and PCBs. Translate requirements into designs, run trade studies, perform lab integration and troubleshooting, generate documentation and test procedures, mentor team members, and support production and DVT test solutions.

Drive supplier quality improvement through audits, PPAP/PPV and AS9102 first article inspections, root-cause investigations, supplier corrective actions, scorecards/metrics, and cross-functional risk mitigation to ensure first-time quality for defense electronics programs.

Lead design, integration, test, and production of high-reliability mixed-signal and power CCAs for military avionics. Perform requirements development, trade studies, FPGA/embedded hardware architecture, test plan development, troubleshooting, and participate in business capture within an Agile hardware development environment.

Lead mechanical design, analysis, prototyping, testing, and production for complex defense electronic systems. Create 3D models and drawings, perform tolerance, thermal, structural, and vibration analyses, develop test plans and equipment, troubleshoot failures, and support requirements, verification, and new business capture across the product lifecycle.

Lead engineering solutions for LV and MV power in facilities, ensuring system integration, preparing designs, and maintaining compliance with codes and standards. Requires extensive experience and proficiency in electrical design software.
