Lead multi-discipline hardware engineering teams to deliver EO/IR and laser products across the full lifecycle. Own technical direction, schedules, cost, EVMS execution, design reviews, proposal support, and cross-discipline coordination to ensure manufacturable, reliable defense hardware.

Lead systems engineering for safety-critical avionics and electronic control systems: develop and manage system/hardware/software requirements, design architectures, define interfaces, perform system integration, verification and validation, produce technical documentation, and support proposals and program activities.

Manage and develop a section of hardware engineers (mechanical, electrical, RF, EO/IR), recruit/train/assign staff, enforce hardware development processes, and serve as a technical contributor across the product lifecycle for DoD Electronic Warfare systems (design, reviews, verification, integration). Role is full-time onsite and requires ability to obtain Secret clearance.
